How to Locate a Property Owner in Pennsylvania
Written by Melissa Baker on November 30, 2010 – 12:44 amGo to the county website. Find the County’s Recorder of Deeds, as it is called in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link that reads: “To Find Out Information About a Particular Address.”
Enter either the property owner or the address. If searching by the address, use only the road name. Do not include Rd., or Road or ST., or Street since people include that information differently. Click “Search.”
Click on the entry obtained. This shows the basic deed information. If you searched by address and the owner does not live at that address, it will give you the owner’s address as well.
